Integrated RSS into Ascential content management system, allowing web users to be automatically updated when new press, media, data sheets, white papers and case studies are available and when new events are scheduled
Developed an Education Courseware Portal at BEA to distribute course materials worldwide
Developed a strategy at Ascential to use new web technologies, such as AJAX, podcasting, RSS, and blogs to communicate with web design and marketing customers
Designed and developed the Ascential Blog Network to spread word of mouth marketing and communicate directly with the customer base
